Many Accommodation Providers offer, for the same room, a "refundable rate" or a "non-refundable rate" (cheaper). If You book a service with a "non-refundable" rate, the Accommodation Provider may charge 100% of your stay upon completion of the purchase process, without any right to be reimbursed whatsoever, even if the service booked is not used due to force majeure. If You doubt whether You will be able to use the accommodation service, we recommend that You book with a "refundable rate". The penalties eventually informed are charged by the Accommodation Provider. We does not charge any additional Management Charge for changes and/or cancellation.

Muchos Proveedores de Alojamiento ofrecen, para la misma habitación, una "tarifa reembolsable" o una "tarifa no reembolsable" (más económica). Si Usted reserva un servicio con tarifa "no reembolsable", el Proveedor de Alojamiento podrá cobrar el 100% de su estancia al finalizar el proceso de compra, sin derecho a reembolso alguno, incluso si el servicio reservado no se utiliza por fuerza mayor.
