Airfare purchased on your behalf by Costamar Travel Cruise & Tours Inc is subject to the airlines cancellation policies.

Standard cancellation fee schedule

The deposit for land services of $150.00 is non-refundable

91 days or more: Fee is $150 per person

60 to 46 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip price

45-0 days prior to departure: 100% of the trip price

No refunds will be provided for any unused tour portion once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason, miss the tours departure date, or must be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including weather, civil strife, personal, family, medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.

Cruise Cancellation Policy: (Non-Refundable Deposit) If you cancel your reservation after a specific date, you may be subject to cancellation charges. Please see the cancellation policy for the cruise chosen.

Flights: Costamar Travel Cruise & Tours Inc, is not responsible for any portion of the trip that is missed due to flight delay or cancellation and/or transfer delay or cancellation.
