Please note, if you are booking a Non-Refundable booking, all Non-Refundable bookings are Non-Refundable, Non-Amendable, and Non-Negotiable. We recommend reviewing travel plans before booking a Non-Refundable booking.

Tax Recovery & Booking Fee

All rates are displayed and settled in USD. Your credit card is charged in full at the time you book a reservation. Refundable reservations are fully refundable if cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Please note that our rates generally only include the price for the room and taxes. Any other hotel-mandated fees are to be paid upon arrival at your choice of hotel.

ClubONE Points are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferrable, and cannot be used with discounted e-gift cards or any other promotions including our Guaranteed Savings. ClubONE Points cannot be applied or earned retroactively.

The majority of the tax recovery/booking fee is the hotel tax, that we pay to the hotel, and they remit to the local taxing authority. Since we do not mark up our wholesale rates, we do charge a booking fee to cover credit card processing fees and costs related to processing members’ bookings.
