We offer different methods for You to book and pay for accommodation services. We shall, in each case, inform about available payment options, based on the Accommodation Service Provider selected.

Le ofrecemos diferentes métodos para reservar y pagar los servicios de alojamiento. En cada caso, informaremos sobre las opciones de pago disponibles, en función del Proveedor de servicios de alojamiento seleccionado.

PAYMENT TO THE ACCOMMODATION SERVICE PROVIDER

PAGO AL PROVEEDOR DEL SERVICIO DE ALOJAMIENTO

You have the possibility of paying for your full stay amount to the Accommodation Service Provider directly. If so, the Accommodation Service Provider shall determine the time for payment. In case of "non-refundable" services, it may charge the full stay amount at the time of making the purchase. You should enter your credit card data in the Platform, which shall be sent to the Accommodation Service Provider to guarantee the reservation. The Accommodation Service Provider may charge all or part of the rate to your credit card in its domestic currency, or in American dollars, if it is located abroad.

Tiene la posibilidad de pagar el importe total de su estancia directamente al Proveedor de Servicios de Alojamiento. De ser así, el Proveedor del Servicio de Alojamiento determinará el momento del pago. En caso de servicios “no reembolsables”, podrá cobrar el importe total de la estancia en el momento de realizar la compra. Deberá ingresar los datos de su tarjeta de crédito en la plataforma, los cuales serán enviados al Proveedor de Servicios de Alojamiento para garantizar la reserva. El Proveedor de Servicios de Alojamiento podrá cargar la totalidad o parte de la tarifa a su tarjeta de crédito en su moneda nacional, o en dólares americanos, si se encuentra en el extranjero.

ADVANCE PAYMENT TO US PLUS PAYMENT TO THE ACCOMMODATION SERVICE PROVIDER

You may also make an advance payment to us. In such case, You shall settle the remaining balance by paying to the Accommodation Service Provider directly, under its own payment conditions.

También puede hacernos un pago por adelantado. En tal caso, Usted deberá liquidar el saldo restante pagando directamente al Proveedor de Servicios de Alojamiento, bajo sus propias condiciones de pago.

You accept that we shall charge the total price of your booking to your credit card, which includes taxes, rates, surcharges and/or the Management Fee.

Usted acepta que carguemos el precio total de su reserva en su tarjeta de crédito, que incluye impuestos, tasas, recargos y/o la Comisión de Gestión.

CANCELLATION OR EXCESS ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

CANCELACIÓN O EXCESO DE RESERVAS DE ALOJAMIENTO

Accommodation Service Providers offered in the Platform by us are subject to availability, as informed by them through a computer booking system. Under no circumstances shall we offer an Accommodation Service Provider that appears in the system as unavailable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, please bear in mind that overbooking is a common practice in the tourism market and, in some countries, this practice is regulated. Overbooking may also occur due to booking system failures or human mistakes. If the Accommodation Service Provider cannot provide accommodation under the agreed-upon booking conditions, it shall provide You, at their own cost, with an alternative room or accommodation of an equal or superior quality in respect of the one You have originally selected. We shall make its best effort so You can enjoy your stay without any inconvenience.

Los Proveedores de Servicios de Alojamiento que ofrecemos en la Plataforma están sujetos a disponibilidad, según lo informado por ellos a través de un sistema informático de reserva. En ningún caso ofreceremos un Proveedor de Servicios de Alojamiento que aparezca en el sistema como no disponible. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, tenga en cuenta que el overbooking es una práctica común en el mercado turístico y, en algunos países, esta práctica está regulada. La sobreventa también puede ocurrir debido a fallas en el sistema de reservas o errores humanos. Si el Proveedor de servicios de alojamiento no puede proporcionar alojamiento en las condiciones de reserva acordadas, le proporcionará, a su cargo, una habitación o alojamiento alternativo de una calidad igual o superior a la que haya seleccionado originalmente. Haremos todo lo posible para que Usted pueda disfrutar de su estancia sin ningún inconveniente.

ARRIVAL AT THE ACCOMMODATION PREMISES

LLEGADA AL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE ALOJAMIENTO

Please remember that if You do not appear at the accommodation premises on the corresponding date and time, the Accommodation Service Provider may cancel your booking and consider it a NO SHOW. If so, You do not have the right to demand total or partial reimbursement of the amount paid. If, for any reason, You are going to arrive at a different time from the one expected, please contact the Accommodation Service Provider and/or in advance.

Recuerde que si Usted no se presenta en las instalaciones del alojamiento en la fecha y hora correspondiente, el Proveedor de Servicios de Alojamiento podrá cancelar su reserva y considerarla como NO SHOW. En caso afirmativo, no tiene derecho a exigir el reembolso total o parcial del importe pagado. Si por cualquier motivo va a llegar a una hora distinta a la prevista, póngase en contacto con el Proveedor del Servicio de Alojamiento con antelación.
